Patricia Fonseca Interior Design (PFID) is an interior design firm specialising in the renovation and design of residential and commercial spaces. The interior designer, Patricia Fonseca, transforms each space into a unique, aesthetic and functional place.
The firm works closely with its clients to understand their needs, preferences and lifestyles. This is how the interior designer creates tailor-made designs that reflect both her own style and, above all, her client's dream project.
The firm offers a wide range of services to meet the needs of each client. These range from consultancy, which is a meeting on site to discuss the project's problems and give possible leads and advice. Sometimes this phase is sufficient and meets expectations. Then comes the Project Study phase, where Patricia Fonseca develops the project from an aesthetic and technical point of view, but also from an administrative point of view (e.g. preliminary work requests), then she prepares the Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE), with all the necessary documents for the consultation of companies and the negotiation of quotes. It is during this phase that the interior architect draws up the layout plans for the space, the technical plans (electrical plans, lighting study, plumbing and HVAC plan), the selection of colours and materials. Once everything has been validated, the PFID studio produces the 3D visuals so that the client can visualise his project and project himself into it.
Finally, the firm offers the mission of Site Supervision as an Assistant to the Owner (AMO), which is the coordination of the various trades, the planning and phasing of the site, but also the acceptance of goods and final acceptance of the work. This phase is very important for the success of a project, although some clients prefer to carry it out themselves.
In addition, Patricia Fonseca Interior Design offers the design, conception, supply and installation of carpentry fittings.
