REGIS LANNOY ARCHITECTE D'INTERIEUR EIRL is available for new projects

Régis Lannoy Interior Architect is a Lyon interior architecture agency specializing in space planning, with more than twenty years of experience. The agency received the Public Prize as part of the Architecture à Vivre Days 2023.

A graduate of the École Supérieure des Arts Modernes, its founder Régis Lannoy designs numerous projects and carries out all types of missions for individuals and professionals such as rehabilitations, extensions of buildings, developments and renovations of apartments or houses, offices or commercial spaces, energy renovations, but also new off-plan apartments before construction or new constructions. The agency also produces administrative documents such as building permits or prior declarations for individuals or prior declarations for businesses, in accordance with the Architecture Act.

Operation: 

Each project is of course tailor-made according to the specifications of the Project Owners (the clients) and the technical and budgetary constraints. The agency supports each client from the first sketches to acceptance of the site. Partial missions are sometimes set up for sites located abroad and can only relate to a design phase with provision of construction plans. More generally, the support is “à la carte” and a complete mission is in no way imposed. The projects can thus be carried out by the project owner himself, craftsmen from the agency's network or even by a general building company.

The design of the project therefore takes place in several stages, the first consisting of a visit to the premises (when they exist) to quantify the work to be carried out in order to provide a fixed price proposal. This visit is free.

After the inventory survey will follow the first sketches, then a summary preliminary project (APS), followed by a final preliminary project (APD) which will allow the possible administrative request (request for Building Permit or Prior Declaration). The so-called “PRO” phase will then follow in order to allow craftsmen or general contractors to estimate and produce their batches, then if necessary, the work monitoring phase.
