About me

The DCH agency has been established in Nantes for almost 8 years, in the Petit Chantilly district of Orvault. The team wishes to extend its sector of activity to the Loire Atlantique region and its neighboring regions.

The team is made up of two designers who are passionate about launching your project and bringing it to fruition, as well as a construction technician.

The designer listens to you and has worked for 20 years to design spaces that suit you, adapted to your lifestyle and your budget.

Nor do we improvise as project manager, building technician or specialist in work monitoring. The manager of DCH has been producing buildings for 15 years and can seriously advise you. It is your specifications that form the framework of your house. What budget? What land? What regulations? Do you want a simple builder's house from a catalog? Or do you want it to be designed and thought out for you?

At DCH, homes are designed for life: carefully chosen materials, quality of design, advice and expertise on the most intelligent choices in terms of equipment (VMC/heating), joinery or roofing.

The choices are multiple. We support you from the first sketch to handing over the keys in a reassuring and technically reliable framework. Our network of trusted partners, selected patiently, is at your side to meet your expectations, from the structural work to the finishing touches.

Our approach is first and foremost qualitative. Our job is to advise and assist you in the jungle of technical and aesthetic solutions more or less imposed by regulations, then to design the proposal best suited to your expectations.

Project methodology

What are the steps to take to successfully complete your project?

  • Meet and discuss your project. Your lifestyle, the number of users, your wishes, your specifications. So much essential information that will feed into the project.
  • Establish a surface area necessary for the development of the project and propose a first sketch accompanied by a lot-by-lot estimate of the future construction.
  • Establish a design and/or project management contract with commitment to their ten-year insurance. For project management, DCH offers partial or total missions, depending on your needs (HE/HA, habitable excluding floor coverings + painting or complete kitchen pack, etc.).
  • Creation of the project with sketch, 3D model, 2D plan, exchange of drawings so that the project is as close as possible to your expectations and the initial budget.
  • Request for quotes on major items in order to validate the project budget, before submitting the PC.
  • Submission of the building permit with the thermal study established with the partner firm.
  • Choice of materials, technical solutions and equipment, visit to showrooms for openings for example.
  • Start of work. Work monitoring is carried out at each phase of the project, with partner companies, during site meetings. A detailed report of the meeting and the objectives will be established.
  • Support for the project owner until delivery of the project within the framework of the contract (receipt operation).
