Charlotte Arrès Architecture is available for new projects

After dual training in architecture at ESA Paris then in product design at the Royal College of Art in London, Charlotte began her career in international agencies. Through her collaboration with big names in design (Patrick Jouin and Jean-Michel Wilmotte), she has notably been able to deliver several very high-end projects in the hotel, catering and residential sectors.

Today Charlotte uses her skills and experience to offer you complete support, ranging from the scale of the building to that of the object. Each of her projects corresponds to a unique response where "tailor-made" remains the common thread of the approach. Charlotte Arrès attaches great importance to every detail and the search for materials is also an integral part of the studio's work. Quality, sensitivity and humility are at the heart of the projects. The studio's areas of intervention are diverse and concern residential, retail and the hotel/restaurant industry.

Projects always start with a meeting which allows us to define the contours of the project and target the appropriate type of support. The design phase is then a collaborative work during which Charlotte raises the various design options. These options are always illustrated using various media (3D images, plans, models or samples) to help you project the solutions discussed and define the appropriate project.

Once the project has been defined, a complete technical file will allow the studio to consult and analyze offers from companies in order to select the offer(s) and then set up a complete site team. Staying on budget and on schedule are also important factors when selecting companies.

With her experience on large-scale projects, Charlotte also knows how to manage and coordinate companies to ensure quality monitoring.
