The THORENOV project management firm is a young structure with an experienced project manager.

In construction since 2010, project manager since 2019 and project manager partner of the respectful brand CAMIF HABITAT since 2021.

The THORENOV project management firm is at your disposal for any type of project.

The first appointment called “Visit before work” is completely free.

The pre-work visit is carried out on the project site, our project manager comes to your home to answer your questions, provide you with answers and advice, and determine the visible pathologies of your property. He will be able to give you design variations, both economical and aesthetic, for your project. Following this first visit, depending on the scale of the project, the project manager will be able to give you a price range for the project.

If this first contact satisfies you, you will then have the possibility of commissioning the company THORENOV to carry out your project.

The project management mission will then be carried out in two phases.

The first phase is the preliminary project study, also called the design project management mission.

During this study, the THORENOV firm will inquire about the feasibility of the project via the PLU of your municipality.

He will then produce 2D and 3D plans as well as mass, section and facade plans, which can be used for the preliminary declaration of work or the building permit if necessary.

If your project requires the intervention of a DPLG architect. The THORENOV company can offer you this option, thanks to its partner network.

During this study, the THORENOV firm will also be responsible for finding you a team of competent craftsmen available to carry out your project.

The study will also include a reference list of selected choices and materials as well as detailed costing of the project.

Each company that will be offered to you in the study, including THORENOV, is in possession of ten-year insurance.

The design mission does not commit you to carrying out the work with the THORENOV company.

The second phase is the supervision of the works, also called the execution project management mission.

During this mission, the project manager will be your intermediary, your representative, your mediator and your advisor on the site.

The role is to keep you informed of any progress on the site, to offer you solutions to any unpleasant surprises on the site, and to make this project as pleasant and stress-free as possible.

To do this, the THORENOV firm will carry out site meetings, written reports and photos of the site, daily monitoring of planning and tradesmen, and the edition of administrative documents linked to the site (Opening of site, Payment situation, Reserve report, final general statement of invoices, end of construction document).

THORENOV will be a real ally on your site, so that your project is carried out in pleasant and peaceful conditions.
