Atelier Parallel, founded in 2009 by Stéphane Vitu, strives to succeed in projects thanks to the analysis of the Architect, the precision of the Engineer and the creativity of the Interior Designer.

A subtle and delicate mix serving diverse subjects ranging from the individual to the professional, from the apartment to the grandfather's barn, from the office in the hallway to the ergonomic open-space tray.

“Yes, but for whom and what?” :

Do not confuse area of ​​predilection with area of ​​expertise. Competence is the fruit of experience, and on this point, there are two areas that stand out: the renovation of old buildings (house, barn, farmhouse) and work spaces (tertiary sector, office, convention center). The common point of these two areas: woman and man. We all use them so we need them to be in line with our expectations and our operations.

In recent years, with the rise in the cost of land, extensions or elevations, but well before that, the optimization of existing space, has been a recurring subject.

And of course, the predilection, the good life... “together”. Design more logical and ecological. This involves orientation, the use of nearby resources, and the use of healthy and comfortable materials. All this is true, but what is even more true is optimizing, reducing.

With a university degree in mechanical engineering in hand, Stéphane Vitu became passionate about architecture in 2004 and joined several architectural agencies. He will begin his career as an architect collaborator on general projects and then on heritage subjects (church and listed buildings). In 2009, he launched Atelier Parallel and operates in his name to evolve according to clients, projects and successes. In 2011, he decided to transfer, in parallel with his activity, to an interior architecture school.
