A renovation project can be a source of anxiety, AM² Design will be there to listen to your desires, your needs and know how to identify your concerns to offer you a project that suits you!

OBSERVATION PHASE:

A first meeting is necessary to come and discuss with you to best understand your project and your ideas. We will discuss together to bring a more complete reflection which will allow you to explore all the options and to project yourself into your space, to adapt to your lifestyle to have the property that suits you!

In addition, during this meeting, AM² Design will be able to take a measurement. We are equipped with an iMapper laser which allows us to establish precise plans of the existing area.

DESIGN PHASE:

Following this meeting, AM² Design will do everything possible in the design of the project. Creation of a 2D plan, 3D visual… to help you project yourself even further into the project in order to be able to have the most successful project quantified with the craftsmen.

REALIZATION PHASE:

Following the design phase, we will be able to move on to the production phase. Validation with a design office, costing of craftsmen, site monitoring... AM² Design remains your only contact from the beginning to the end of the project.

Site monitoring allows for the completion of everything that was thought of during the design phase. Anticipation is the key word in a renovation but during the work, some surprises may arise, you will then have to know how to play with the technical constraints to transform them, and make the right decisions at the right time before it is too late!!

Supporting a client during the implementation phase means knowing how to listen, identify their concerns and above all not feel alone in such a complex project!
