LEA RIGAUT ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Léa Rigaut Architect has been in existence for almost 5 years and supports her clients in their development, renovation and decoration projects. From the partial mission (pre-project study) to the supervision of site monitoring with the connection of qualified companies. As part of the study, the architect undertakes to deliver all the documents which allow the proper implementation of the work: Technical plans (electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, technical details, etc.), a 3D modeling of the project and a selection of products/supplies consistent with the project budget.

The project study aims to optimize the client's budget envelope, which is why it is important to announce at the start of the study the budget that the client wishes to grant to the project in order to target as precisely as possible .  

It is essential that the client can project themselves as best as possible in their project, which is why the architect provides photo-realistic 3D renderings and a virtual tour with a VR headset for a better perception of the volumes. New technologies are essential resources in our business, it is our duty to make them available to our customers.

Creativity is one of the things I love most in this job, responding to a request with a unique vision and appreciating your looks when you finally manage to project yourself at home. I have always cultivated it, through my studies, art in general or simply my curiosity, I am thirsty to discover new materials, new styles and to discover the architecture of the world to offer you the possibility of thinking about your interior differently.

Just like fashion, architecture has its seasons and they are influenced by different cultures, different events. It is essential to stay informed and move forward with the trend, towards more responsible interiors for example or being able to provide you with the latest technical innovations for a more modern interior. I am committed to moving at the same pace as the world and nourishes my knowledge every day through trade fairs, travel and of course social networks.

We often confuse interior architecture and interior decoration, which is understandable because these two disciplines are complementary. But not everyone has the technical know-how to design an interior without any problems. My Master's degree in interior architecture brought me technicality and rigor, I completed it with experience in renovation and site monitoring. Learning the reality of the construction site on the ground is a real tool to better approach your projects.
