LOUAINTIER HUGO is available for new projects

A graduate of the Paris Val de Seine school of architecture, Hugo LOUAINTIER today offers his services as an architect, but also as a perspective surveyor, to respond to public or private markets. His academic career has provided him with solid theoretical and practical training, preparing him to take on various challenges in the world of contemporary architecture.

Throughout his studies, he had the opportunity to complete several internships in agencies and to hold various seasonal and student jobs. These varied experiences allowed him to acquire skills in numerous fields and professions, giving him professional maturity and rigor in his work. Thanks to these experiences, he has developed an ability to adapt quickly within companies, as well as an in-depth understanding of the tasks entrusted to him.

Today, he has self-employed status, which has allowed him to collaborate with two architectural agencies and a studio specializing in image and video. These collaborations gave him the opportunity to work on public procurement offers, particularly for the realization of architectural competitions, as well as on private projects, such as the design of residential residences and tertiary buildings. As a self-employed person, he was also able to expand his professional network and develop skills in project management and customer communication.

His role as a perspectivist allows him to create realistic and attractive visual representations of architectural projects, thus facilitating the understanding and support of clients and stakeholders. He constantly strives to combine aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that each project meets the specific expectations of his clients while respecting technical and budgetary constraints.

His commitment to architecture is driven by a passion for creating harmonious and innovative spaces that improve the quality of life of users.
