Interior architect and designer, Serge VIEIRA has worked in operational architectural project management for over 20 years. And during his career he has actively developed his mastery of digital tools as well as operational methods in production and project management.

This allowed him to easily achieve my objectives, in an architectural firm, in a technical design office and in a construction company.

My professional experience has led me to work on mainly civil engineering projects (transport infrastructure, metro station, train station, maintenance workshops, multimodal space), as well as on real estate development (individual house - residential housing). large and medium standing collective housing).

I was thus able to intervene on small, medium and large-scale projects, including establishments open to the public (ERP), with missions for all trades in the study phase (FAI-APS - APV-PRO- DCE) upon completion.

The workshop

In 2014, I created the Archidesignmotion workshop, a human-sized structure, which, depending on the projects, calls on external collaborations. This is particularly the case for structural components and for thermal requirements (RT 2012-RE 2020).

The team

For B.I.M model projects. (Building Information Modeling) for companies, which I have been working with since 2014, I call on a B.I.M. team. management of all trades, as well as the role of a BIM Manager, for the coordination and synthesis of models.
