Marine Lacroix Design is a State Architect by training, graduated from ENSAN [Nantes] and based in Saint-Etienne since 2020.

9 years of experience abroad, 2 years in Australia, preceded by a 3-month mission in Sri Lanka, 6 years in Laos and 2 years in the Netherlands, have allowed her to develop a strong capacity for adaptation , know-how particularly in bamboo, Feng Shui, and a unique vision in terms of developments.

Passionate about ecological and sustainable architecture, multilingual [fluent English and Spanish, intermediate German], enthusiastic and determined, she expresses her creativity with sensitivity and poetry while taking into account the on-site and financial constraints of the project.

In 2021, she joined the niche company AMR Concept, recognized as an expert in tailor-made variable-height development suitable for everyone with a PMR focus and promoting home care for Seniors. The management of private and public projects varied in terms of challenges and envelope, allowed her to deepen his knowledge in ergonomics, and above all to concretely understand motor disability with real accessibility designed in 3 dimensions.

Marine Lacroix Design, thanks to its dual role of State Architect & Interior Designer, can support you on an ad hoc basis or globally for a “turnkey” project.

- the feasibility study of the desired work in terms of renovation, rehabilitation, extension up to 150 m2 in stages of operations

- an advisory visit format in the event of a real estate crush, checking the condition of the building, possible disorders and pathologies, detecting the assets and possibilities for developing the place, and ensuring suitability of your needs with housing

-the complete development of the project including the building permit, execution plans, technical plans [e.g.: plans & elevations with electricity & plumbing for kitchens/bathrooms/dressing rooms intended for installers]

Regarding her love for bamboo, she supports professionals and individuals alike who want to incorporate this extraordinary, most ecological and virtuous material from the genesis of the project. Her expertise will allow her to study the feasibility of concepts, via sketches, 2D/3D, the viability of technical solutions up to producing working drawings; and finally to ensure or co-facilitate the manufacturing and installation of structures as an artisan bamboo maker.
