Atelier Mon Plan is a company born from a “passion”, having evolved into a “conviction” to end with a “reconversion”.

For her, there is no question of exercising:

• without bases,
• without a diploma.

So it was time to roll up your sleeves, find your backpack and return to school at 37 years old and 2 young children.

Not easy…, but not “impossible” either! she said.

Once the diploma is in hand, the satisfaction is at its peak, but the reality is very present. She must bounce back and build on the future.

JOIN AN AGENCY

To be honest, she tried for a few months, and it was a cold shower, it was “nothingness”. She puts things into perspective and even says she understands that an agency would be afraid to hire an employee with no experience.

To tell the truth, it’s a bit like the dog biting its tail, because, “how can you have experience without being in the job?”

Don't stay idle, she moves on to the next step.

OPEN YOUR OWN COMPANY

And, here we are!  To get to this stage, she was lucky enough to have a personal and professional entourage and “GOLD” artisans. These people, who, in their own way, their good intention and their support, contributed to the accomplishment of these projects.

This is the option where Martine PHONGSA aspires to sit for as long as possible, living from her passion because it is a conviction.

Transforming an interior, seeing the progress of the project moving from a “Before” to an “After”, seeing the satisfaction in a client is a feeling and an emotion that is indescribable but so pleasant.

FIND A JOB IN YOUR OLD JOB

This option should not be ruled out. And, yes! She is not immune to change, and keeps her feet on the ground. Martine knows that above all, she must protect her family.
