I offer you different services:

- Real estate home staging

This concerns both individuals and professionals (real estate developers and property dealers): I furnish and decorate empty properties intended for sale. This makes the accommodation more welcoming and creates a favorite during visits. Home staging accelerates your sales. Possibility of furnishing the entire accommodation or only certain rooms. A professional photographer will complete this service and you will be able to fully use these photos to boost the visibility of your ads.

Special rate; between 35-40 m2, payment upon sale of the property or within a maximum of 6 months.

Professional rate: furniture rental package (0.6 months =>600 euros per month)

0-12 months => 500 euros per month)

The sale of furniture is optional.

-Rental management; possibility of supporting owners who wish to rent furnished property to decorate their property.

-Advice/deco coaching/shopping list: I advise you and support you in the choice of furniture, colors, decorative accessories thanks to inspiration boards and a shopping list.

Possibility of accompanying you to the store to help you choose the decoration.

-Decoration of professional premises. This can be a restaurant, hair salon, hotel, etc. I will help you with ideas, decoration styles, advice on furniture and create a shopping list.

-Possibility of working together on custom furniture.
